So, after taking a class , I was able to inoculate part of my garden bed. I am pleased to say they took so well and I have been finding them since early summer. They have been helping keep weed growth down and are helping my zucchini plants produce nice fruit. They are nice and meaty and tasty, and a great compliment to my meals. I highly recommended them for your garden.

I recently bought a few bags of grain spawn to start growing Blue Oyster Mushrooms and inoculate the garden with Garden Giants. Levon was extremely helpful with every step of the process. He is an excellent teacher, which as an educator I really respect. He was patient and prompt in his communication. I recommend growing your own food so ordering one of their kits for sure. Plus purchasing their mushroom tinctures to promote good health.

My first encounter with the Fungaia Farm was at the Arcata Seed Swap. We purchased a mushroom kit and have had so many lovely mushrooms in our kitchen since! We love it so much! I called them to ask about shipping to my family in Ohio, and they were happy to figure out how to do this with me! Levon created a smaller, shippable kit that would work in flat rate box to keep my shipping cost down. It's heading to Ohio this week and my step-mom is going to LOVE IT! 🙂 Thanks for being awesome ❤
