Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a much sought-after edible with incredible flavor and unique texture. This delicious edible is a joy to grow. Lion's Mane prefers fruiting temperatures of 65º to 75º F.
This 4 lb bag of grain spawn comes sterile in a sealed bag with a micro-filter patch. Grain spawn is best used fresh but can be stored for short periods in a refrigerator. We use certified organic grain for all our grain spawn.
Spawn may need to be grown to order and can take up to three weeks. Please call or email with any questions.
