Description

Our Tan Oak logs are cut to order. These logs average 3 to 4 feet long, and 4 to 6 inches in diameter. The logs must be allowed to age for 2 to 4 weeks before inoculating.

Each log will require between 40 to 60 plugs. Heavier inoculation will produce mushrooms faster and is recommended for some varieties of mushrooms, e.g. Lions Mane.
